This kit is designed to be paired with an Iron Neck Harness. The kit allows you to take advantage of a 35lb. resistance band to complement weighted plate exercises that can be done with the harness and nylon tether. The kit comes with a light power band for additional forms of resistance. Also included is a door anchor to help with linear resistance training, a cinch anchor to attach the resistance band to a vertical pole such as a squat rack, and a drawstring bag for easy storage and carrying.

Each harness comes standard with a nylon tether strap and a set of carabiners to workout with weight plates. Additional accessories, including resistance bands, can be added to your order separately.
