Training at home or in the office is easy with the Tri Clip Door Belt, which includes additional connection points to add auxiliary exercises into your training. Follow these simple instructions to set your Iron Neck or Fitness Bundle up and get your workout started.
Identify door and workout area. Open door. Loosen the straps on the door belt and wrap around the door, horizontally. Adjust to the height you want your resistance bands to hang from and make sure the three clips are centered on the front of the door. Clip the two ends of the buckle together and pull the straps tight. Note: Always ensure door and anchor position are secure. Periodically check all components for wear. If wear is present, stop and replace. Do not apply more than 50 lbs of resistance to any single anchor clip at one time.
