⚪ㅤOpen door. ⚪ㅤWrap the open belt around you door, horizontally. ⚪ㅤAdjust to the height you want your resistance bands ⚪ㅤMake sure the three clips are centered on the front of the door. ⚪ㅤClip the two ends of the buckle together and pull the straps tight.
Note: Do not apply more than 50 lbs. of resistance to any single anchor clip at one time.
