Using Iron Neck at home or at the office is easy with the Total Body Fitness Door Anchor. Follow these simple instructions to set your Iron Neck up and get your workout started.

Instructions

  1. Identify door and workout area.
  2. Open door. On the door hinge side, weave the door anchor's D-ring between the door frame and door. The knot of the door anchor should jam.
  3. Close door and make sure the knot is pressed firmly by pulling on the D ring.
  4. Always ensure door and anchor position are secure. Periodically check all components for wear. If wear is present, replace.

Simple and to the point.

Works perfect. Now I can use my iron neck in my room instead of having to go out to the garage and hook onto the garage door track.

Home Iron Neck with door anchor.

Using Iron Neck home model with door anchor for middle school athletes. I have only utilized a simple back and front motion since most have little or no strength training. They love the Iron Neck and can feel the effect of the movement.
