Iron Neck


Using Iron Neck at home or at the office is easy with the Total Body Fitness Door Anchor. Follow these simple instructions to set your Iron Neck up and get your workout started.


  1. Identify door and workout area.
  2. Open door. On the door hinge side, weave the door anchor's D-ring between the door frame and door. The knot of the door anchor should jam.
  3. Close door and make sure the knot is pressed firmly by pulling on the D ring.
  4. Always ensure door and anchor position are secure. Periodically check all components for wear. If wear is present, replace.
