Training at home or in the office is easy with the Safe Lock Door Anchor. Follow these simple instructions to set your Iron Neck or Fitness Bundle up and get your workout started.
Identify door and workout area. Open door. On the hinge side of the door, slide the door anchor's D-ring between the door frame and door at the height you want your resistance bands to hang from. Close door and make sure the knot is secured on the opposite side of the door by firmly pulling on the D-ring. Note: Always ensure door and anchor position are secure. Periodically check all components for wear. If wear is present, stop and replace. Do not apply more than 50 lbs of resistance to any single anchor clip at one time.
