Dr. Gupta holds a BDS from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal, and an MDS in Oral Medicine and Radiology from Government Dental College, Bangalore, and began his academic career as a Lecturer after moving to Nepal and joining KIST Medical College in 2018, and has now been working as an Associate Professor at Chitwan Medical College since 2021.

As a clinician and writer, my guiding philosophy is to translate complex medical science into clear, empowering knowledge that helps people take charge of their health. I believe in the balance of evidence and empathy, combining research-based accuracy with practical, human-centered advice.
Every piece I write aims to bridge the gap between medical experts and the public, promoting understanding rather than fear. Whether I’m reviewing literature or simplifying anatomy, my mindset remains the same: clarity, credibility, and compassion, because informed people make healthier choices.
