Identify a vertical post and workout area. Wrap the cinch anchor around the post, then slide the D-ring through the opposite end of the strap to secure and pull tight. Adjust to the height you want your resistance bands to hang from. Note:Always ensure post and anchor position are secure. Periodically check all components for wear. If wear is present, stop and replace. Do not apply more than 50 lbs of resistance to any single anchor clip at one time.
