Demo video coming soonProtraction / Retraction
The gamer lean creeps your face toward the monitor a millimeter at a time, and loaded retraction is the strength to hold your actual position.
Gaming posture is forward head, locked gaze, and hours of stillness, then ranked play asks that same neck for split-second scanning precision. This program rebuilds alignment first, then trains the reactive speed and eye-neck coordination that are legitimate performance skills in esports. Sessions fit between queues, and the reaction work in phase three doubles as warmup before competitive play.

Fix the forward-head gaming posture and build the fast, precise head control that long sessions and competition demand.
Undo the monitor lean with retraction strength and basic bracing. Alignment is the foundation, because a stable head is also a stable aim.

Demo video coming soonRetraction holds build the endurance to keep your head stacked through a long ranked session, not just the first game.
Hours of fixed forward gaze stiffen rotation fast, and restoring it keeps your physical scan as free as your in-game one.
Demo video coming soonA braced, stable neck is a stable platform for your eyes, and in aim-dependent games that is a hardware upgrade you can train.
Advance whenAdvance when you can hold a tall head position through a full gaming session without conscious effort.
Build the strength-endurance for marathon sessions and tournament days. Tempo and varied-speed work raise capacity while keeping sessions short.
Demo video coming soonSlow tempo glides build deep postural strength along the exact path your head travels toward the screen during a losing streak.
Alternating slow and quick turns trains control at every speed, from a casual glance at chat to a snap check of the minimap.
Demo video coming soonMonitor corners are diagonal targets, and strength along those vectors supports the thousands of micro glances a session contains.
Demo video coming soonThe spin adds whole-body movement to a sedentary day and trains the stable-head control that keeps your crosshair discipline physical, not just mental.
Advance whenAdvance when long sessions and back-to-back scrim blocks no longer produce neck fatigue or headaches.
Train the esports-specific finish, eye-neck coordination and cued reaction speed. This phase is performance training as much as posture work.
Locking the gaze on a target while the head moves is the physical skill under tracking aim, trained here with resistance.
Reacting to a cue with a fast strong turn is reaction-time training with load, the gym version of a flick to sound.
Demo video coming soonEnd-range strength makes even the deep tilt-session slouch a safe position with a strong route back to neutral.
Flowing full-range movement between queues is the reset button that keeps marathon days from stiffening into next-day pain.
The 360 degree resistance head unit this program is built around, with the anchor and bands you need to train every direction from day one.

We call for an effort level instead of a specific weight, because the right resistance depends on you, the movement, and where you are in your training. For the sets and reps listed on each exercise, pick the resistance that makes the last few reps feel like the level shown.
You finish the set with several clean reps still in the tank. The work stays easy and fully controlled from the first rep to the last.
You could manage a few more reps at the end, but not many. The final reps take real effort while your form holds.
You reach the last prescribed rep with little or nothing left. Completing every rep with good form is genuinely hard.
These are starting points, not rules. Everyone is built differently, so adjust to fit you: size down if your form breaks before the final rep or a movement aggravates a symptom, and only size up once every rep feels smooth and pain free. When you are unsure, choose the lighter option.
