Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions
Extend your warranty for 3.0 and 3.0 Pro models and further cover manufacturer defects. If the product is discontinued, we’ll replace it with the most comparable model available. If a replacement isn’t feasible, we’ll refund the cost of the extended warranty.
Iron Neck provides a 1-year limited warranty on all Iron Neck products from the date of original purchase. Customers may purchase extended warranty plans (2, 3, or 4 years) exclusively for Iron Neck 3.0 and Iron Neck 3.0 Pro models. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not apply to cosmetic wear, misuse, or improper handling.
Product Discontinuation or Unavailability If the original product is no longer available or has been discontinued, Iron Neck will provide a comparable or next-generation replacement model that offers similar functionality and performance. Iron Neck reserves the right to determine the most suitable replacement based on available inventory and product evolution.
Inability to Fulfill Warranty In rare cases where Iron Neck is unable to provide a replacement or repair within a reasonable timeframe due to unavailability or other constraints, the customer will receive a full refund for the price paid for the extended warranty plan. This refund will serve as the final resolution of the warranty obligation for that product.
Proof of Purchase & Warranty Claim To initiate a claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and warranty registration (if applicable). Iron Neck may require photos, serial numbers, or return of the defective unit to validate the claim.
