Slow loaded glides bring precise awareness to a plane yoga rarely isolates, the pure forward and back travel of the head.
Yoga and mobility work give you range, but range without strength is a loan the joint eventually calls in. This program loads the neck through the long ranges you have already opened, building the end-range strength and proprioception that make flexibility safe and useful. Expect slower movements, deeper positions, and a body-awareness emphasis that will feel familiar from the mat.

Add strength to flexibility so every degree of neck range you own is range you control.
Bring the mat's attention to breath and position into loaded movement. Slow arcs and glides teach the neck to work with resistance while staying long and unforced.
Demo video coming soonSlow loaded glides bring precise awareness to a plane yoga rarely isolates, the pure forward and back travel of the head.
You already own this rotation range from practice, and loading it slowly starts converting passive flexibility into strength you command.
Demo video coming soonSmall mindful circles are a moving meditation for the neck, training continuous control before the arcs grow larger.
Demo video coming soonThe slow spin asks for a still head over a turning body, the same steady-gaze discipline as a balancing pose, now under load.
Advance whenAdvance when loaded movement feels as smooth and mindful as your unloaded practice.
Load the deep ranges deliberately. End-range holds and full diagonals build strength at the edges of your flexibility, where practitioners are most mobile and least protected.
Demo video coming soonDiagonals weave rotation, flexion, and extension together the way flowing sequences do, and loading them builds strength inside that weave.
The figure eight is the most yoga-like movement in the catalog, continuous, breath-paced, and touching every plane in one flow.
Demo video coming soonIsometrics at the very end of protraction and retraction give hypermobile-leaning necks the active strength that passive range lacks.
Demo video coming soonHolding full rotation under load builds the supported twist that makes deep seated spinal twists strong rather than just deep.
Advance whenAdvance when end-range positions under load feel supported rather than stretched.
Refine the strength into precise, sensed control. Eyes-closed work and full-range flows develop the proprioceptive mastery that advanced practice, including inversions, depends on.
Demo video coming soonFull-range loaded diagonals confirm you now control the complete arc of your flexibility, strength laid over every degree of it.
Pairing gaze with movement sharpens drishti-style focus while the neck flows, visual steadiness on a moving foundation.
Demo video coming soonRemoving vision forces pure proprioceptive control of head position, the internal sensing that inversions and balances run on.
Demo video coming soonPaused rotations are held poses for the neck, strength expressed as stillness at points you choose rather than points momentum chooses.
The 360 degree resistance head unit this program is built around, with the anchor and bands you need to train every direction from day one.

We call for an effort level instead of a specific weight, because the right resistance depends on you, the movement, and where you are in your training. For the sets and reps listed on each exercise, pick the resistance that makes the last few reps feel like the level shown.
You finish the set with several clean reps still in the tank. The work stays easy and fully controlled from the first rep to the last.
You could manage a few more reps at the end, but not many. The final reps take real effort while your form holds.
You reach the last prescribed rep with little or nothing left. Completing every rep with good form is genuinely hard.
These are starting points, not rules. Everyone is built differently, so adjust to fit you: size down if your form breaks before the final rep or a movement aggravates a symptom, and only size up once every rep feels smooth and pain free. When you are unsure, choose the lighter option.
