Demo video coming soon360 Spin
The spin builds 360-degree stability, the quality that keeps your head steady while a yoke or heavy walkout tries to move it.
You brace your core for every heavy set, but the neck on top of it is probably untrained, and it shows under a barbell and in a T-shirt. This program treats neck training with the same logic as your program, a base phase, a maximal strength phase, and a power phase. It slots after upper sessions and pays off in heavy carries, pulls, and front squats where the neck is quietly working the whole time.

Give strength athletes a neck that matches their lifts, strong under load, stable under bars, and built to fill out a collar.
Build a foundation with the same patience you would give a new lift, moderate loads, full range, honest volume. The bracing patterns learned here transfer straight to the platform.

Demo video coming soonFront-to-back strength holds your head position through deadlift lockouts and keeps the bar path honest on heavy rows.
Demo video coming soonIsometric bracing is the neck's version of your squat brace, and training it directly makes the whole chain feel tighter under a bar.
Keeping the head locked while the torso works is exactly what happens in every carry, twist, and uneven strongman event.
Advance whenAdvance when all movements are technically clean at Medium and neck sessions no longer cause noticeable soreness.
The maximal strength phase. Heavy bands, end-range isometrics, and paused work apply progressive overload to the neck the same way your program applies it to the big three.
Demo video coming soonPaused Heavy rotations are the neck's paused squat, eliminating momentum and forcing strength at the exact angles that lag.
Demo video coming soonEnd-range isometrics build strength where the neck is weakest, insurance for the moment a max attempt shifts and your head takes the strain.
Demo video coming soonHeavy rotated holds load the neck in its worst leverage position, the same logic as training a deadlift from a deficit.
Demo video coming soonDiagonals keep the oblique muscle lines growing, which is where most of the visible thickness a lifter wants actually comes from.
Advance whenAdvance when every Heavy set moves with the same control your Medium sets had.
Convert the strength to speed and reflexive stiffness, the same strength-to-power sequencing your training year already follows. Perturbation work makes the new muscle usable, not just visible.
Demo video coming soonCorrecting disruption mid-rotation under Heavy tension trains the reactive stability that keeps your head safe when a lift goes sideways.
Demo video coming soonPerturbed Heavy bracing is peak-week for the neck, maximal stiffness produced on demand against an unpredictable pull.
Demo video coming soonExplosive pulses train rate of force development, so the strength you built arrives fast enough to matter outside the gym.
The loaded body turn integrates your finished neck into whole-body work, the position every event and every carry actually uses.
The 360 degree resistance head unit this program is built around, with the anchor and bands you need to train every direction from day one.

We call for an effort level instead of a specific weight, because the right resistance depends on you, the movement, and where you are in your training. For the sets and reps listed on each exercise, pick the resistance that makes the last few reps feel like the level shown.
You finish the set with several clean reps still in the tank. The work stays easy and fully controlled from the first rep to the last.
You could manage a few more reps at the end, but not many. The final reps take real effort while your form holds.
You reach the last prescribed rep with little or nothing left. Completing every rep with good form is genuinely hard.
These are starting points, not rules. Everyone is built differently, so adjust to fit you: size down if your form breaks before the final rep or a movement aggravates a symptom, and only size up once every rep feels smooth and pain free. When you are unsure, choose the lighter option.
