Demo video coming soon360 Spin
Scanning a sector means rotating the body while the eyes and head hold steady, and this movement is that skill under load.
A helmet with night vision mounted can triple the load your neck carries, then ask you to scan, sprint, and drive vehicles over rough ground for hours. This program builds the brute strength for the gear, the endurance for the shift, and the reactive control for the moments that go loud. It is written for people whose neck is load-bearing equipment.

Build a neck that carries helmets, armor, and night vision through long operations without breaking down.
Build the base strength and bracing that gear demands before intensity climbs. Every pattern is trained with the deliberate control that carries over to moving under load.
Demo video coming soonScanning a sector means rotating the body while the eyes and head hold steady, and this movement is that skill under load.
Demo video coming soonHelmet weight drags the head forward hour after hour, and front-to-back strength is what holds your posture under it.
Clearing corners and swinging a hose line twist the torso hard while the head must stay oriented, exactly the separation this trains.
Demo video coming soonLong braced holds build the always-on stiffness that supports a helmet through a twelve-hour shift.
Advance whenAdvance when all movements are strong through full range and a full kit day no longer leaves your neck sore.
Push into Heavy resistance with tempo work and rotated holds that mirror night vision and comms loads. This phase builds the raw capacity the job draws on.
Demo video coming soonChecking a flank or glancing from ground to rooftop is diagonal movement, and strength along those vectors keeps it crisp under a loaded helmet.
Demo video coming soonHolding a hard turn is pulling security over one shoulder, trained here until the position has real strength behind it.
Demo video coming soonPaused Heavy spins build strength at every point of rotation, so no scanning angle is a weak angle when kit is on.
Demo video coming soonNight vision cantilevers weight off the front of the skull, and slow Heavy eccentrics build the front-to-back control that counters it all shift long.
Advance whenAdvance when Heavy sets complete without form breakdown and rotated holds stay solid for their full duration.
Convert strength into reactive control for vehicle movement, breaching, and contact. Perturbation and speed work prepare the neck for forces that arrive without warning.
Demo video coming soonA jolting vehicle over rough terrain disrupts your head mid-scan, and this trains the instant corrections that keep eyes on sector anyway.
Demo video coming soonBracing against unpredictable pulls is the same reflexive stiffness that protects the cervical spine in a breach or a hard landing.
Demo video coming soonExplosive diagonal pulses train the fast-twitch response that snaps the neck rigid in the first fraction of a second of impact.
Turning instantly to a shout or a flash of movement is a job requirement, and training it under resistance makes the fast turn a strong one.
The 360 degree resistance head unit this program is built around, with the anchor and bands you need to train every direction from day one.

We call for an effort level instead of a specific weight, because the right resistance depends on you, the movement, and where you are in your training. For the sets and reps listed on each exercise, pick the resistance that makes the last few reps feel like the level shown.
You finish the set with several clean reps still in the tank. The work stays easy and fully controlled from the first rep to the last.
You could manage a few more reps at the end, but not many. The final reps take real effort while your form holds.
You reach the last prescribed rep with little or nothing left. Completing every rep with good form is genuinely hard.
These are starting points, not rules. Everyone is built differently, so adjust to fit you: size down if your form breaks before the final rep or a movement aggravates a symptom, and only size up once every rep feels smooth and pain free. When you are unsure, choose the lighter option.
