Demo video coming soonProtraction / Retraction
Laptop screens sit lower than any monitor, dragging the head further forward, and this movement reels it back rep by rep.
Working from home deleted your commute, your walk to meetings, and most of the incidental movement your neck used to get, then replaced it with a laptop screen four inches too low. This program restores the daily movement variety your neck lost and builds strength on top of it. It is written for the kitchen-table worker whose office never closes.

Undo the laptop hunch and movement starvation of home-office life with three short sessions a week.
Reintroduce the movement variety home-office life stripped away. Gentle arcs and glides recover range before strength work loads it.

With no office to look around, home workers can pass entire days without turning their head, and this restores the rotation that stillness is quietly deleting.
Demo video coming soonSmall controlled circles reintroduce continuous multi-directional movement, a concentrated dose of the variety your neck used to get for free.
Demo video coming soonBrief retraction holds start building the postural endurance to sit tall through video calls instead of craning at the webcam.
Advance whenAdvance when your neck moves freely in all directions and morning stiffness stops being the daily default.
With movement restored, build real strength through every plane. This is the phase where the reset becomes an upgrade over your pre-remote neck.
Demo video coming soonThe full spin gives your neck the whole-body integration that a day of sitting motionless at a kitchen table never provides.
Demo video coming soonDiagonal strength covers the angled glances of home life, laptop to phone to doorbell, so no direction is left untrained.
Demo video coming soonSlow tempo glides build strength through the head-forward path the laptop pulls you into, turning your weakest pattern into a trained one.
Demo video coming soonHolding strength at full rotation supports the turned-head positions of second monitors and couch-based work sessions.
Advance whenAdvance when all sets complete at Medium with steady control and workday stiffness is largely gone.
Cement the reset with flowing full-range work and your first reactive training. The aim is a neck that thrives in a home office rather than merely surviving one.
Continuous flowing movement through every plane is the richest single dose of variety available, the exact opposite of a static laptop day.
Demo video coming soonFull-range diagonals lock in strength at the ends of your recovered range so the home office can never shrink it again.
Fast reorientation on cue keeps your neck quick and responsive, a quality that atrophies fastest when every day looks the same.
Demo video coming soonEnd-range strength holds are the final safeguard, making even your deepest laptop slouch a position your neck is strong in.
The 360 degree resistance head unit this program is built around, with the anchor and bands you need to train every direction from day one.

We call for an effort level instead of a specific weight, because the right resistance depends on you, the movement, and where you are in your training. For the sets and reps listed on each exercise, pick the resistance that makes the last few reps feel like the level shown.
You finish the set with several clean reps still in the tank. The work stays easy and fully controlled from the first rep to the last.
You could manage a few more reps at the end, but not many. The final reps take real effort while your form holds.
You reach the last prescribed rep with little or nothing left. Completing every rep with good form is genuinely hard.
These are starting points, not rules. Everyone is built differently, so adjust to fit you: size down if your form breaks before the final rep or a movement aggravates a symptom, and only size up once every rep feels smooth and pain free. When you are unsure, choose the lighter option.
