Demo video coming soonProtraction / Retraction
This is the direct antidote to forward head posture, actively pulling your skull back over your spine against resistance until the pattern rebuilds.
Forward head posture is not a habit problem, it is a strength problem, and no ergonomic chair fixes weak deep neck flexors. This program armors the muscles that hold your head over your shoulders, then builds the endurance to keep it there from the first email to the last. The finish is a posture that holds itself, no sticky-note reminders required.

Build the strength and endurance to hold good head posture through a full eight-hour workday.
Restore the head-back, chest-tall position and wake the deep muscles that hold it. The front-to-back plane gets priority because that is exactly where desk posture collapses.

Demo video coming soonHolding the retracted position under load trains the exact endurance your neck lacks at hour six of a desk day.
Monitor-locked necks lose rotation fast, and restoring it now prevents the stiff, one-position neck that desk decades produce.
Demo video coming soonBracing in neutral teaches your neck what a stacked, supported position feels like, the reference point every workday hour should return to.
Advance whenAdvance when the retracted position feels natural rather than forced and holds no longer fatigue by the last set.
Good posture for ten seconds is easy, good posture for eight hours is strength-endurance. Tempo work and longer holds stretch your capacity to stay aligned.
Demo video coming soonSlow eccentric glides build strength through the exact path your head drifts along every afternoon, teaching the muscles to resist it.
Demo video coming soonThe full spin ties your new alignment to whole-body movement, so posture holds when you swivel between monitors and meetings.
Demo video coming soonDiagonals strengthen the in-between angles a desk day actually uses, glancing from screen to phone to doorway.
End-range rotation holds build the endurance to hold your head turned in long side-conversations and dual-monitor setups without strain.
Advance whenAdvance when you finish a full workday without the familiar late-afternoon neck ache or head drift.
Make the posture resilient, not just present. End-range strength, disruption training, and flowing multiplanar work mean ordinary desk life never threatens your alignment again.
Demo video coming soonStrength at full protraction and retraction means even your worst slouch positions are strong positions, with a fast route back to neutral.
Demo video coming soonRecovering alignment after unexpected nudges trains the automatic corrections that keep your head stacked when attention is buried in work.
Flowing full-range movement is insurance against desk stiffness, keeping the neck supple while everything around it strengthens.
Demo video coming soonPaused spins finish the program with genuine strength work, because armored posture is ultimately a strong neck, not a reminded one.
The 360 degree resistance head unit this program is built around, with the anchor and bands you need to train every direction from day one.

We call for an effort level instead of a specific weight, because the right resistance depends on you, the movement, and where you are in your training. For the sets and reps listed on each exercise, pick the resistance that makes the last few reps feel like the level shown.
You finish the set with several clean reps still in the tank. The work stays easy and fully controlled from the first rep to the last.
You could manage a few more reps at the end, but not many. The final reps take real effort while your form holds.
You reach the last prescribed rep with little or nothing left. Completing every rep with good form is genuinely hard.
These are starting points, not rules. Everyone is built differently, so adjust to fit you: size down if your form breaks before the final rep or a movement aggravates a symptom, and only size up once every rep feels smooth and pain free. When you are unsure, choose the lighter option.
