Demo video coming soon360 Spin
One tight circuit of spins covers every direction your neck moves, maximum coverage for the minutes you have.
This is the program for people whose calendar wins every negotiation. Every session fits in ten minutes, and the near-daily frequency does the work that longer, rarer sessions cannot. Think of it as brushing your teeth for your neck, small daily deposits that compound into lasting strength.

Keep the neck strong, mobile, and pain free on ten minutes a day, five days a week.
Install the daily habit with the three fundamental movements plus a brace. Short, brisk, and repeatable is the whole point.

Daily rotation work quietly maintains the range you need for driving, desk work, and life, without ever needing a dedicated mobility session.
Demo video coming soonA daily dose of head glides counteracts the forward drift that eight hours of screens rebuild every single day.
Demo video coming soonThirty seconds of bracing per direction keeps static strength topped up at a time cost of almost nothing.
Advance whenAdvance when the routine feels automatic and you have hit at least four sessions a week for three straight weeks.
Same ten minutes, richer menu. Diagonals, holds, and tempo changes keep the daily dose progressing instead of plateauing.
Demo video coming soonAdding the diagonal plane means your short sessions now train combinations of motion, not just single directions.
Demo video coming soonBrief holds in the retracted position sharpen the postural endurance that keeps you tall through the back half of the workday.
Mixing slow and brisk turning speeds inside the same sets trains control across velocities without adding a single minute.
One flowing movement that touches every plane at once, the most efficient exercise in the catalog for a time-capped session.
Advance whenAdvance when every movement in the rotation feels comfortable at Medium and sessions still finish inside ten minutes.
The permanent rotation. Full-range work, paused spins, and light reactive touches keep ten minutes a day delivering results indefinitely.
Demo video coming soonFull-range diagonals ensure your maintenance dose preserves end-range strength, the first thing that erodes when training gets minimal.
Demo video coming soonPaused spins keep real strength work in the routine, ten minutes should still contain something genuinely hard.
Coordinating eyes and neck keeps the sensory side of neck fitness sharp, not just the muscular side.
Demo video coming soonA touch of unpredictability keeps your reflexes honest, so maintenance mode never becomes autopilot mode.
The 360 degree resistance head unit this program is built around, with the anchor and bands you need to train every direction from day one.

We call for an effort level instead of a specific weight, because the right resistance depends on you, the movement, and where you are in your training. For the sets and reps listed on each exercise, pick the resistance that makes the last few reps feel like the level shown.
You finish the set with several clean reps still in the tank. The work stays easy and fully controlled from the first rep to the last.
You could manage a few more reps at the end, but not many. The final reps take real effort while your form holds.
You reach the last prescribed rep with little or nothing left. Completing every rep with good form is genuinely hard.
These are starting points, not rules. Everyone is built differently, so adjust to fit you: size down if your form breaks before the final rep or a movement aggravates a symptom, and only size up once every rep feels smooth and pain free. When you are unsure, choose the lighter option.
