Demo video coming soon360 Spin
The full spin audits your anti-rotation control in every direction at once, showing you exactly which angles need the next two phases most.
You have finished a foundations block or trained your neck casually, and now you want numbers that move. This program manipulates tempo, pauses, and band tension the way a good lifting program manipulates sets and load. The finish line is a neck that handles Heavy resistance, reacts to surprises, and owns its full range.

Take a trained base and add measurable strength through tempo work, heavier bands, and end-range control.
Groove the four core patterns at solid working resistance and expose any direction that lags. Two weeks here sets an honest baseline for the loading ahead.

High-quality rotation reps rebuild the base pattern you will soon load with tempo and holds.
Demo video coming soonFront-to-back gliding at working load keeps the sagittal plane progressing while the rotational work dominates your attention.
Locking the head while the torso twists trains neck-core separation, the skill that separates intermediate necks from beginners.
Advance whenAdvance when all four movements feel evenly strong and no single direction fatigues first.
Slow the movements down, hold the hard positions, and introduce your first Heavy sets. Time under tension does the strength building here.
Demo video coming soonThe diagonal plane recruits muscle combinations straight-line work misses, and intermediate progress lives in those gaps.
Demo video coming soonThree seconds out and three seconds back triples the working time of every rep, forcing strength gains without needing a heavier band yet.
Demo video coming soonIsometrics at full rotation build strength in the turned position, where your leverage is worst and most necks quietly give up.
Demo video coming soonYour first Heavy sets come on the movement you know best, so added band tension challenges your strength rather than your technique.
Advance whenAdvance when the Heavy spin sets feel controlled and tempo reps no longer cause form breakdown.
Convert the new strength into control you can trust, with paused rotations, full-range diagonals, and your first reactive work. This phase is the bridge to advanced training.
Demo video coming soonDead stops at each quarter of a Heavy spin eliminate momentum entirely, proving strength at every point on the circle.
Demo video coming soonFull-range diagonals demand strength at the extremes of combined rotation and flexion, range you built but have not yet loaded end to end.
Turning fast on an external cue is your first taste of reactive training, teaching the neck to produce force quickly instead of just gradually.
Demo video coming soonBracing against unpredictable nudges teaches the reflexive stiffness that separates gym strength from strength you can use.
The 360 degree resistance head unit this program is built around, with the anchor and bands you need to train every direction from day one.

We call for an effort level instead of a specific weight, because the right resistance depends on you, the movement, and where you are in your training. For the sets and reps listed on each exercise, pick the resistance that makes the last few reps feel like the level shown.
You finish the set with several clean reps still in the tank. The work stays easy and fully controlled from the first rep to the last.
You could manage a few more reps at the end, but not many. The final reps take real effort while your form holds.
You reach the last prescribed rep with little or nothing left. Completing every rep with good form is genuinely hard.
These are starting points, not rules. Everyone is built differently, so adjust to fit you: size down if your form breaks before the final rep or a movement aggravates a symptom, and only size up once every rep feels smooth and pain free. When you are unsure, choose the lighter option.
