360 Spin
The full body rotating under a fixed head is the golf swing in its purest form, and this builds it directly.
The golf swing is a full-body rotation performed under a nearly still head, which makes head-body dissociation the most golf-specific quality a neck can have. This program builds that separation and the posture that holds your setup angles, loads the exact rotational pattern of the swing, then integrates it at swing speed with loaded turns and ball-flight tracking. A head that stays quiet through impact is worth more than most swing tips.

Build the head-body separation to keep your eyes on the ball through the swing and the postural endurance to hold your spine angle for 18 holes.
Build the postural base and head-body separation the swing is built on. The neck learns to stay still while the body begins to move around it.

Front-to-back control corrects the forward head creep that hours over the ball, and over a desk, build into your setup.
Rotational strength gives the neck room to let the shoulders turn fully in the backswing without dragging the head along.
Steady neutral holds build the quiet head that stays centered over the ball from takeaway to impact.
Advance whenAdvance when the head stays quiet through full body turns and posture holds are steady.
Load the swing pattern itself. Locked-neck body turns, paused rotation, and posture holds build strength in the exact positions of the backswing, downswing, and finish.
Turning the torso under a locked head rehearses the backswing coil, eyes on the ball while the shoulders wind behind you.
Paused rotation builds control at the checkpoints of the swing, takeaway, top, and transition, instead of blurring through them.
Posture holds build the endurance that keeps your spine angle intact on the seventeenth tee, not just the first.
Held end-range rotation matches the finish position, head released and turned, watching the ball against the sky.
Advance whenAdvance when paused positions are solid at every checkpoint and loaded turns stay smooth.
Integrate the pattern at real speed. Loaded body turns, fast pulses, and eye tracking train the neck to stay organized while the swing accelerates through it.
A locked head over a body working against resistance is the downswing under load, staying centered while the lower body fires.
Speed-varied rotation trains control from the slow deliberate takeaway to the fast release of the head after impact.
Fast diagonal pulses match the whip of the downswing, teaching the neck to stabilize while everything around it moves at maximum speed.
Eye tracking while the head moves is watching the ball off the face and holding its flight without losing your balance through the finish.
The 360 degree resistance head unit this program is built around, with the anchor and bands you need to train every direction from day one.

We call for an effort level instead of a specific weight, because the right resistance depends on you, the movement, and where you are in your training. For the sets and reps listed on each exercise, pick the resistance that makes the last few reps feel like the level shown.
You finish the set with several clean reps still in the tank. The work stays easy and fully controlled from the first rep to the last.
You could manage a few more reps at the end, but not many. The final reps take real effort while your form holds.
You reach the last prescribed rep with little or nothing left. Completing every rep with good form is genuinely hard.
These are starting points, not rules. Everyone is built differently, so adjust to fit you: size down if your form breaks before the final rep or a movement aggravates a symptom, and only size up once every rep feels smooth and pain free. When you are unsure, choose the lighter option.
