With Total Body Fitness resistance bands, you can use Iron Neck almost anywhere! Our cinch anchor (sold separately) securely loops around any stable vertical post (i.e. squat racks, structural columns, goal posts, link fencing, etc). Clip one end of the resistance band into the cinch anchor and the other into the Iron Neck and you're good to go!
Always make sure the band is securely attached to the Iron Neck and the anchor point. Periodically check the band for wear or damage. If any is present, replace.
For door setup, add door anchor or door belt to turn any door into an Iron Neck workout station!
Select Resistance Weight:
There are three different max resistance weights: Starter (0-25 lbs resistance), Intermediate (0-35 lbs resistance) and Advanced (0-50 lbs resistance). Resistance bands ship with a chart illustrating resistance weights, per band, at incremental distances.
