Staying Motivated
Staying motivated to keep good habits and avoid past behaviors can be difficult, but it is achievable. To stay motivated, it’s important to set attainable goals for yourself and break them down into manageable steps.
It's also helpful to track your progress so you can see how far you've come. Knowing any milestone you reach helps as a motivating factor to continue pushing yourself and forging ahead. Another great way to stay inspired is to assess the positive impact your new habits have made and continue to make in your life.
Goals, habit tracking, and reflecting on progress are all important factors in staying motivated!
