    LINEAR RESISTANCE

    The primary form of resistance used during Iron Neck Training is linear resistance. This is typically provided by a resistance band or cable pulley machine. When using a resistance band, the user can manipulate the amount of resistance. Simply step away from the anchor point to increase the resistance, or move closer to reduce it.

    ROTATIONAL RESISTANCE

    Our Pro and Varsity Models incorporate braking technology that allows for concentric training during rotational movements. The Varsity Model is equipped with a low fixed amount of rotational friction. Our Pro Model features a variable friction dial that allows the user to adjust the level of rotational friction. These adjustments range from no rotational friction like that of our Starter Model, to high amounts of rotational friction that go beyond the Varsity Model.
