Diagonal Movements - Immediately after getting his Iron Neck on, Ash goes straight to Diagonal Movements. Strengthening the neck through multi-planar movements mimics how your muscles are actually working during competition and is a great way to activate the diagonal fibers in your neck.

Medicine Ball Throw - Ash has found that by incorporating a medicine ball into his Iron Neck training, he is able to challenge his neck and core strength even further. Improving our training efficiency is another way to gain an edge.

Shuffles - Ash ends his routine with a few sets of Iron Neck shuffles. Maintaining an upright posture while the Iron Neck is pulling him forward engages his core and glutes to resist the linear force applied from the resistance band.
