    The F10 is designed to walk your through foundational exercises that cover a wide range of body groups. These include the shoulders, arms, chest, back, core, and lower body. The movements can be performed at any pace. With any program, the goal is to allow the body to load more weight as you get stronger and get more familiar with the exercises.
