Anchor Height: Middle
Band Resistance: Light
Attach one light band to a middle anchor point. With the anchor point to your left, get into your Base Stance and grip the handle with right hand. Add an appropriate amount of tension in the bands and begin the exercise with your elbow in a right angle and tucked in next to the body. Perform the exercise by pushing the handle out in front of you until the arm is fully extended. Then, return to the starting position. Tip: Try hard to keep your knees, hips, and shoulders aligned in this anti-rotation exercise.
