Anchor Height: Low
Band Level: Light
Attach one light band to a low anchor point. Facing toward the anchor point, get into a push up position on the floor and grip the handle in your right hand with the palm facing down. Add an appropriate amount of tension in the band and begin the exercise with your arm underneath your shoulder in a three point push up position. Perform the exercise by extending the arm toward the anchor point to get to an overhead position, once overhead bring the handle back down toward the hips then rotate the torso and reach the hand vertically until there's a straight line between both arms. Then return to the starting position. Alternate hands, then repeat cycle.
