Get into your Base Stance and grip a light to medium band with one hand at each end, both the palms facing down. Add an appropriate amount of tension in the bands and begin the exercise with your arms extended straight out from the chest at shoulder height. Perform the exercise by pulling the hands away from each other until the hands are in line with the shoulders, making a T. Then, return to the starting position.
