Band Level: Light
Attach two light bands to a low anchor point. Facing toward the anchor point, get into a Lying position on the floor and grip the handles palms facing up toward the ceiling. Add an appropriate amount of tension in the bands and begin the exercise with your arms extended toward the anchor point and pinned tight to the body. Perform the exercise by pulling one hand up toward the face, hinging at the elbow. Then return to the starting position. Alternate arms, then repeat cycle. Tip: Keep the back flat on the ground, bending at the knees to get the feet flat for a bit of leverage and comfort.
