Anchor Height: Low
Band Resistance: Light
Attach one light band to a low anchor point. With the anchor point to your left, get into your Base Stance and grip the handles with the palms facing each other in a dual hand grip. Add an appropriate amount of tension in the band and begin the exercise with your arms extended toward the anchor point with your hands just outside the hip area. Perform the exercise by driving the band up and diagonally across the body until the hands are just outside of the opposite shoulder. Then return to the starting position. Adjust your stance so the anchor point is on your right to work the opposite side of the body.
