Anchor Height: High
Band Resistance: Medium
Attach two medium bands using a high anchor point. Facing toward the anchor point,get into a tall Seated Position on the floor and grip the handles with the palms facing away from the body. Add an appropriate amount of tension in the bands and begin the exercise with arms fully extended. Perform the exercise by pulling your shoulder blades together, driving elbows down and the handles into the rib cage. Then return to the start.
