    Base Stance Lateral Lunge


    Anchor Height: Middle

    Band Resistance: Medium


    Attach one medium band to a middle anchor point. With the anchor point to your left, get into your Base Stance and grip the handle with the palms facing each other in a dual hand grip. Add an appropriate amount of tension in the bands and begin the exercise with your hands at your sternum. Perform the exercise by pushing off the right foot (nearest the anchor point), extending that leg & hip and bending the left knee while maintaining a relative upright posture. Then, return to the starting position. Adjust your stance so the anchor point is on your right to work the opposite side of the body.
