    Half Kneeling Lateral Crunch


     

    Anchor Height: High

    Band Level: Light

     

    Attach one light band to a high anchor point. With the anchor point on your right, get into a Half Kneeling Stance (left knee on the floor) and grip the handle in your left hand with the palm facing down. Add an appropriate amount of tension in the band and begin the exercise with your left arm extended toward the floor. Perform the exercise by pulling the rib cage down and laterally to the left, pushing the handle toward the floor until one side of the torso is compressed and the other is stretched. Then return to the starting position. Adjust your stance and alternate arms, then repeat cycle.
