
Anchor Height: Middle
Band Resistance: Light
Attach two light bands to a middle anchor point. Facing away from the anchor point, get into your Base Stance and grip the handles with the palms facing away from the anchor point. Add an appropriate amount of tension in the bands and begin the exercise with your arms fully extended to the sides and elevated to shoulder height as if making a T. Perform the exercise by pulling the hands together with straight arms until the hands touch in front of the body. Then, return to the starting position. Tip: Focus on squeezing the pecs throughout the exercise, especially at the end.
