Anchor Height: Middle
Band Level: Light
Attach two light bands to middle anchor point. Facing toward the anchor point, get into a Base Stance and grip the handles with the palms facing the each other. Add an appropriate amount of tension in the bands and begin the exercise with your arms extended in front of you. Perform the exercise by retracting the shoulder blades and pulling the hands back with straight arms to 3 different locations; just above shoulder height, shoulder height, and slightly lower than shoulder height. Then return to the starting position.
