Attach two medium bands to a low anchor point. Facing toward the anchor point, get into your Base Stance and grip the handles with the palms facing up. Add an appropriate amount of tension in the bands and begin the exercise with your arms extended toward the anchor point with the thumbs pointing out. Perform the exercise by bending at the elbow and pulling the hands up to eye level. Then bend at the knees and hips until your upper legs are parallel to the floor. Keep your hands and elbows tucked and maintain an posture upright with your torso, shoulders back, eyes up. Then return to the starting position.
