Anchor Height: Middle
Band Level: Light
Attach one light band to a middle anchor point. With the anchor point on your left, get into your Base Stance with your palms facing the body. Add an appropriate amount of tension in the band and begin the exercise with the handle in the left hand, elbow tucked in close to your side and hinged 90 degrees. Perform the exercise by internally rotating at the shoulder, with the knuckles leading the way, as far as you can comfortably control and without loosing elbow contact with the body. Then return to the starting position. Adjust your stance so the anchor point is on your right and alternate arms, then repeat cycle.
