    Base Stance Reverse Facing Overhand Curl


    Anchor Height: Low

    Band Level: Light


    Attach two light bands to a low anchor point. Facing away from the anchor point, get into a Base Stance and grip the handles with the palms facing down. Add an appropriate amount of tension in the bands and begin the exercise with your hands at waist height and the elbows tucked in tight to the body. Perform the exercise by pulling the handles up to shoulder height. Then return to the starting position.
